Rigatoni are one of the most famous and versatile pasta in Italy. This pasta is particular because it is only produced with the grain of the company Iungano between Forenza and Venosa in Basilicata. The semolina produced is then carried over the pastures of Oppido and Stigliano bronze drawn.
