Mountain flours such as Carosella del Pollino and Senatore Cappelli from Mulino Arleo are available in this section. You will also find stone-ground flours with wheat germ and Sicilian flours where the wheat is cultivated at higher altitudes in the Madonie Park. These small artisans preserve the biodiversity of these areas to this day.
